I want to make getting your new piece to you as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how shipping, surcharges, and collections work.

🚛 Standard UK Shipping: £70 Flat Rate

 Set Shipping Fee: Shipping is a flat rate of £70 for most of mainland UK, which will be calculated and added at checkout.

 Timeframe: Once your piece is securely packed and ready to go, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the courier's schedule for your specific route.

 Approved Couriers: I only use trusted, independent furniture couriers who treat these pieces with the care they deserve.

📍 Regional Surcharges & Exclusions

Because some locations are a bit more of a trek for independent drivers, exclusions do apply to the standard flat rate. If you live in Scotland, Cornwall, or Devon, please contact me before purchasing so I can get an accurate shipping quote for your location, as a surcharge may apply.

🏠 Got Stairs or Awkward Access?

Please let me know prior to delivery if you have any special access requirements (e.g., tight hallways, multiple flights of stairs, or restricted parking). This allows me to pass the details on to the courier so they can plan ahead. Please note that tricky access or deliveries requiring extra lifting up flights of stairs may incur an additional fee from the driver.

📦 Eco-Friendly Packaging

To help do my bit for the planet, I use recycled and repurposed materials to securely wrap and protect your furniture during transit. It might not always look like a brand-new box on the outside, but it ensures your piece arrives safe, sound, and sustainably packed!

🚗 Collection Welcome

If you’d prefer to pick it up yourself and skip the shipping fee entirely, you are more than welcome to collect directly from my home in Tutbury, Staffordshire (near Burton upon Trent). Just drop me a message before buying so we can coordinate a day and time, and make sure to select pickup at the checkout.
